First post so hope you can help!
My daughter's had a short trip to New york city booked; flight to JFK on 29th June, returning 3rd July. The outward flight was cancelled and she was offered an alternative on 4th July. We found an alternative outward flight to Newark on 30th June.
My question is can we claim a refund on the outbound flight and compensation for its cancellation? Or is it one or the other?
