Centauro Car Hire Head Office address?

Recently hired 3 cars from Alicante Airport on the Costa Blanca for 1 week for a very special family gathering.Came back 2nd June.

The cars were nearly new and we had excellent service from Centauro before and after our holiday.

My partner's black tablet had fallen out of the luggage in the car boot.It was a little dark in the area where we returned the car so we didn't realise it had fallen out of a bag.

I emailed Centauro Customer Service to ask it had possibly been found and was pleased to say it had.I was really chuffed. I was asked to send my address to them and they would post it and charge my Credit Card.

I have sent 3 further emails with details but had no reply.

I am at a loss at what to do and wondered if a Registered Letter to the Head Office might be the right way to go?
I also don't know where the Head Office for Centauro on the Costa Blanca is.

Any help would be appreciated.

One site says "Centauro Car Hire does not have a head office, although it does have 21 service points to choose from, these are mainly situated at airports making it easy to pick up your hire car straight away. "

If it doesn't work for you, try emailing the MD.

Thanks for your reply with the telephone number.

I have tried it 3 times.

Press 2 to carry on in English.When I do this it seems to go into a never ending loop,always coming back to Press 2 for English.

PS. Thank you for the PM.

I will try another email to Customer Services before taking it further.

They do have a head office and it's in Benidorm.
