Ebay scammer? Festival tickets - No comms, similar listings.

I bought weekend tickets for a festival starting this Friday from ebay yesterday. The seller has 200+ good feedback but nothing for selling for the past year, just buying a few things in the last 6 months.
I won a weekend ticket(Friday-Sunday) on Auction probably at under there buying price by £20 -£40 and by more compared to what are sellers are selling for. The item also said "next day delivery" in the headline.
I won yesterday at about 1pm and paid 30 minutes later. I have not had any communication from the seller. I later checked the sellers other items and saw that they had auctions for the days individually e.g. Friday, Saturday, Sunday.. starting bids at £70 each per day (more than I paid) using what looked like the same pictures. Yesterday they had 1 day 18 hours to expire and no bids.
I've messaged the seller today, letting them know I won the auction and asking if they would be able to post the tickets today. I sent this at 10am, I still have not heard anything from them.
I've logged into ebay just now around 2pm and on my watchlist the ticket is there and it says "This item is out of stock" under the listing also the amount I paid is Red and it says 1 bid (I was the only bidder). (This may be usual for items sold in the watchlist/not sure?).
I have gone to "Items for sale" for the seller and the listings that I saw yesterday for the 3 individual days are no longer listed.
What you guys think? I got a bad feeling and will need to get replacements if this is dodgy as well as getting my money back. I know its early days, but some kind of response would be reassuring.

Firstly, you may want to ask the board guide to move this to the eBay board where you are likely to get more specific eBay advice.
Secondly, the seller will have a dispatch time AND a postage method. Next day delivery isn't the same as next day dispatch. You can use your PURCHASE HISTORY tab in MY EBAY to see what the listing said at the time you purchase or the ORDER DETAILS to see the estimated delivery date.
How did you pay? Were the tickets paper or e tickets?
Items may no longer be listed for a number of reasons; the seller may have withdrawn them or they may have been purchased on a BIN.
You can share the item number without disclosing your own identity to us, if you wish, that may be helpful.0 -

Maybe they haven't checked eBay yet? If the tickets don't get sent then you can open a case with PayPal or eBay and get a refund0
