Constantly forced to reset password

Hi All,
For the last few months now I have had to constantly reset my password. I'm informed by the Forum Team this may be due to using a VPN. I'm not aware I am and a test account I set up with the same password using the same PC works. Has anyone experienced a similar problem (assuming you can login!)
Thanks

Problem is back.
Given that one of my posts has disappeared (would have been https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5776240/regular-saver-thread-new-and-restarted&page=64#1268) and I couldn't login an hour or so after I now believe a moderator or similar is censoring without notifying the member.
I'm a reasonable person and do think some transparency would be appreciated.Free thinker.:cool:0 -
Hi Mee
I've just taken a look at the post - it was removed when reported due to the swearword in it.
Any password reset problems are a technical issue, my Forum Team doesn't have access to be able to change those.
Can you email screenshots and an explanation of what's happening, to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com please? If you can reply to the last email you'll have received from the Forum Team that will help keep all discussion with you on this subject in one place so we can see the past history of this.
Thank you!Could you do with a Money Makeover?

Thank you for your help and advice, but it seems no one can help with the password issue as the advice thus far seems contradictory.
I would never swear and my apologies if it was interpreted as such.
However, adding *** does not always denote a swear word. Perhaps I should have been less coy and used "penis waving" rather than "willy waving". Adrian Chiles used the phrase twice on radio yesterday with no repercussions!Free thinker.:cool:0 -
This problem appears to be continuing as it happened to me today. The site changed my user name to some random name which I discovered when I asked for a reset link. The password loss has happened every time I have logged in from first membership. Not insurmountable but a little irritating. What other system anomalies lurk within?0
