Well, I went to the cinema and thought I could eat, but I've never seen so many people snacking......
Massive popcorn, slush, ice cream and tortilla cheesy dip. That was one person! So the two of them must have spent about £30 on junk in one sitting and without being rude they were about 18 stone each.

It made me realise that I also mindless eat when watching TV so it's something I'm going to try to stop.

Hope you had a good birthday Lush.

Went for Nando's yesterday, was quite disciplined, but didn't stress about it as I have only used about 10 syns all week. Then went to see Madgascar the Musical. Thoroughly enjoyed it although it was quite short. Started 15 mins late, which was annoying, especially as those who came in late had time made to go to the bar, never mind us waiting for the show to begin :mad: However, my heart went out to the cast, wearing costumes in this heat.

WI tonight, hopefully will be a good result.

Interestingly though three people have commented on my weight loss in the last week which is good & someone said I looked trim!

Cupboards looking a little bit bare today so had to make a concoction for lunch which was surprisingly tasty. I had some cabbage and a couple of potatoes LO from yesterday. Dug bits of asparagus, courgette, spring onion and red pepper from bottom of fridge and fried it all up in a hash with two fried eggs and some ham. Yum!:)


Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix with HEA milk, half banana
L: vegetable hash with fried eggs and ham
SW Bolognese with tagliatelle
Syns: 2? for Parmesan

I fell twice earlier so feeling rather shoogly & out of sorts.
Dident go to class.
Weighed at home & I think 1/2 on.
So could not care less.
