Good to hear from you midge. Do you know exactly how long it is before you get kicked off the website/app? I know I must be getting close. It used to be the case that you got a polite warning saying something like 'please weigh in soon'. Now the message just appeared saying 'have you weighed in the last couple of days?' and when you say no (can't lie because their system would know surely?) it throws you out.

I'm still sticking to my plan of HEA/B breakfasts (easy to measure Weetabix so can't overeat) and EESP lunches. I'm feeling a bit thinner but I'm probably out of range still. I'm reluctant to do full EESP as I'd miss carbs in the evening and I know DH would too.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, red fruits
L: Veggie omelette (courgette, mushrooms, spring onion, tomato) with pickled cabbage and cottage cheese
    D: LO Chicken(less) casserole
    Syns: tbc, none planned

Have you thought about Green days? You could have your 2nd HEB as chicken or some other meat. You can have your carbs at any time:rotfl:. Not sure of amounts of each but I can let you know any after I get home at the end of the month. I know Beanie used to do Green days but have 't seen her post any recently.

I think it's a out 6 weeks you get before you lose the online access. I know when I've been awzy for longer periods as long as my consultant know she just logs me as a notified absence and I've never lost access.

Lush have you ever heard the term 'gaslighting'? Look it up. I only realised about six years after breaking up with my ex (he cheated and left, I thought we were happy) that that was what was happening to me - e.g. I'd try to address something he'd done that bothered me, and by the end of the conversation I was the one in tears and apologising. I cried all the time and it's only now that I realise I'm not a pathetic oversensitive sap - he was a horrible sht. This may not be the case for you but when you said he sees things in black and white that just rang a little bell in my head. I think the advice to reassess in six months' time is good, especially the bit about how you'll feel in another six months if nothing has changed.

Today was day four of sticking to plan, I'm proud of myself!

    B - Mullerlight and granola
D - Crustless quiche, new potatoes, salad
    T - Carbonara
    S - Melon and pineapple
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Granola
    Syns - 10 so far

OMG the crustless quiche is so tasty! Just a tiny bit of cheese and it makes all the difference. Will definitely be making more of that - I've read that quiche freezes well, can anyone confirm?

Hi everyone. I'm still here but have nothing interesting to say so most days just read. Sorry to hear about the hubby troubles - from personal experience, nothing changes until you action it! The grass isn't always greener though and comfortable misery can be a good thing too.
I've got to weigh in tomorrow or I will be off line with the app etc. I'm expecting a little gain but can sort that by going back to basics and counting syns.
Right, off for a dog walk before it heats up.

Not heard of comfortable misery before....:D:D:D:D:D

We all normally talk dosh.... but it is enjoyable to talk dosh!

I'd heard the term but didn't know what it was so I looked it up yesterday actually - definitely one of his behaviours. i am far more aware of it the last few months so I've not been rising to him and that rattles him.
I'm been reading a blog called narcissistswife which is quite good actually. from reading it she stayed for a while then left (after a failed attempt she managed to get free completely and they are now divorced) I feel a bit like I'm arming myself in a way

not a great day food wise but I did a sneaky mid week peek at the scales and the little but often approach and more fluids has meant i should be on track for my first loss in MONTHS!

Couldnt get to class this morning :(
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)
