Table in the lounge is a tricky one...

For all photos.... you can move the stuff away, snap the photo, shove it back... whether that's big furniture, odd furniture, junk or toiletries... everything can be moved out of the photo range, then straight back.

You don't have to live like it.... just stage the photo by dragging stuff out of the eye just for the photo minute.

... Reading all the selling guides always advises not parking on the drive so we made sure we didnt.

Others will tell you to borrow/park a posh car there :) But, in your case, it might highlight that "it's a bit tight, especially if we're trying to get the bins out" (by the way, I'd get the bins out of sight for photos too.

You could add the words "The driveway is wholly owned on the freehold and is not a shared driveway".

Is that supposed to be funny? If you were referring to a different nationality, it could even be deemed racist.

What's the backstory to the pigeons? I'm new to Yorkshire so I have no idea but sounds interesting :p

To the OP, the pictures are really quite awful. That watermark, and the grainy quality, make it look quite cheap. Is there something wrong with the corner of the roof or is that normal?

We wuz too poor to get to the clog shop, unless we walk there uphill all the way with bare feet.

Cheers for that. You obviously have a superior mentality I must bow to.

Sorry, OP but the crime stats look quite high from the police map, your house has only 2 bedrooms and a shared drive. It is price; it's always price. Wall-to-wall sport does not help, admittedly; imagine Wimbleedin' having to be delayed to fit 2 x football in.

Crime mapping is notoriously poor quality.
Some will highlight a particular area for a multitude of different crimes, only for you to find out it's the address of the local Police station or multi-agency hub.

You have no sense of humour. Are you German?
