Just swung by to say hi. Your long term plans look great and I'm sure you'll smash that debt.

Saving pots are looking very healthy and keeping track of debt repayment monthly is great idea. I did start so got way laid. I'll haBe to try harder!

Hurrrah to hubs getting paid on time!

Looking good, you've done so well building those savings while also really cracking on with your debt payments. Well done!
We're doing our best - we were lucky that my husband got some night shift opportunity which pays fantastically. There may be more of that to come so it'll grow at a slower rate until then. I'm really pleased at where we are at - i feel able to start counting down to a potential DFD.

Yep, and again! Two weeks in a row getting paid on a Tuesday just days after I amended all the spreadsheets to him getting paid on Thursdays. Oh well! At least he's getting paid :) You'll be back on track before you know it - just keep on keeping on!

I'm glad someone is smiling! haha :rotfl:

I also like a good percentage...when you still have thousands left to pay off, moving a couple of percentages can be quite motivational and a lot less depressing!

It's a scary business isn't it? Ultimately, it wouldn't be the end of the world for me but if i knew that people knew who i was in real life it would 100% change the way that I share on here so i think it's best that I assume anonymity.

I definitely overshared with my previous account and try to rein some elements in now. Who knows?

Hi HG :) Hope you and the family all had a nice weekend. The 'problem' if you can call it that, is everybody is so friendly and helpful on here you can't help but share things.

I'm sure from the bits of information I've given out I'd be identifiable. I'm a fairly private person in RL where money is concerned and the thought of somebody I know, knowing how much I've got in my purse brings me out in a cold sweat :o

But the balance is being on her for the short amount of time I have been has had a really positive impact on how I look at money and what I do with it, so I'm prepared to take the chance.

    Have a great day. xx
