It was the lack of cohesive action by the staff that made the situation even more frightening than it necessarily needed to be.
In this day and age of bombing and terrorist attacks I think we and all the other passengers were justified in being so fearful. Don't you agree.

I speak as someone who spends a lot of his working time going through airports and yes, to an extent I am demeaning your experience but these things happen. Save the claims for those times when things genuinely do happen and seek some help re your response to issues like this and the faux PTSD.
