B Gas want to service my brand new boiler

I had a new boiler fitted under the Eco scheme in February as my existing was on its last legs. I have a servicecare cover with British Gas, which includes boiler cover, electrics, plumbing & drains and appliances. When the installers came out to fit it, they mentioned too that I can either call them or WB if something goes wrong with it. Confusing.
