So where did the other vehicle, the one stationary overhanging the edge of the box in front of the OP's son's silver estate, come from...?
Without a video I have no idea, hence why it should be a requirement for the authority to provide a video to prove the driver entered the box when the exit wasn't clear, not simply provide a photo of the car stopped in the box.0 -
