This seems to be a really big scam going on all over the place. Somebody must be making a fortune!!

Others have mentioned on here as well - how do things like this get brought to Martin's attention for him to take it up?

It is all very well us all bumping our gums on here but that is not going to get anything done.

Vodafone say they are adding a charge to account bar from 1st august 08 but you need to ring up then to have it applied.

If they are trying to demonstrate that they aren't a crooked company, then they are doing a bad job at it.

Amazingly I actually got a £5 postal order. It's taken weeks and weeks for them to send it out, and it in no way covers the time I've spent dealing with this thing, but it pays for the money they stole off me.

I discovered that one of the directors of Dialogue is actually in the UK phone book. It might be interesting to see what he has to say, considering Dialogue make money each time Innov8 steal money off us, and do nothing to stop it.

I recieved a junk text a couple of weeks ago from 80160 but didn't think anything of it at the time, but I've just had my bill and I've been charged £1.50 for it! I never sign up for any text services and I don't give my mobile number out without careful consideration.

Does anyone know how I can stop this and/or get my money back. I wanted to get some opinion before attempting to battle with 3 customer services again!

Thank you, I've now text STOP ALL to them and complained to phone pay plus. I'm a little warey of emailing the company themselves in case they start spamming my email as well!

i entered a wrong text message number and now i have Liz wanting me to hear about her naughty dreams and Katie asking for photos of me:D

Try sending the words STOP ALL
this is another way of stopping them if STOP doesn't work on its own
