My bankruptcy is officially tomorrow at 9am. 12.12.07.
So now you all know. I have kept it to myself until now because I didn't want the pressure.
So here goes and thank you everyone for all the support xBSC No 60

Glad I caught this before I went off for the night!
No wonder you were a bit stressed this evening.
All the luck for tomorrow.
We will be thinking of you and sending you good thoughts. We are all behind you, and I'm sure that includes lots of people from CAG and MSE that haven't even posted on your threads.

It took a few seconds for the penny to drop that by "tomorrow" you meant Wednesday.
I thought you had been sneaky for a second.:rotfl:
Don't stew over it too much tomorrow (Tues) if you can help it. As I said you've got the full support of MSE and CAG behind you.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I think I have streaks of bad luck. At 9.00 this morning I went to get a printer cartridge to print off the copies for tomorrow. I forgot to put my seatbelt on and I didn't see the police car until it was next to me. I messed around with my shoulder and I went to the stationers and through the window I saw the police car. He'd turned round and I knew he'd seen me. He came into the shop and said "Can I have a word with you?" - I'd told the shopkeeper he'd seen me.
Anyway, off I went outside and denied that I wasn't wearing a seatbelt but he knew I wasn't so I didn't argue because that had made him angry and he asked me to go and sit with him in the police car. About 6 weeks ago I had a crash and I haven't had my headlight repaired and some jagged glass is on the actual light. He issued me with a warning, told me the car shouldn't be on the road and gave me 14 days to get it fixed. I told him I was going BR tomorrow and he said "Seeing as sh*tty things are going on in your life right now I won't give you points or a fine but next time this will cost you money and if I see you with the car there will be trouble" I was then breathalised. How AWFUL and all before 9.30am. I was only going to get my cartridge. He was nice, considering. Saying that it's typical to happen this week. I've arranged to have my car fixed tomorrow, too. On top of that when I went to clear my bank account to pay my BR fees the bank refused to dispense my money. I had put too great an amount in and I did eventually get most of it out. Just another £20 in the morning and I will have £2.62 left in that account.
I've come home from work sick because to be honest I can't concentrate and I can feel myself being irate and I work in customer service and it's not fair to the people on the phone because they don't know my problems.
I just want this week to be over.
It's 19hrs and 16mins and then it's time.
I hope I'm not sick or cry when I get there.BSC No 60

I must admit, just about everything that could go wrong during the run-up to my BR did go wrong.
So I know how you feel. But you do get through it, believe me.
Until everything is done tomorrow you will be on edge, no point denying that, but so many people have been exactly where you are and have come out the other side.
You will come out of this stronger and wiser in a strange way.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

So sorry you had such a rubbish day. Try not to worry about tomorrow. I went to court this morning and there really is nothing to worry about. The court staff were friendly and discreet and the judge was really nice and informal. Only in with him for 2 minutes, the thinking about it is so much much worse than actually doing it! Y'ou'l be on here tomorrow saying the same thing I'm sure!0
