RICHARD!!! is there such a thing as a hands free orgasm?
think HSO means His saucy organ...:rolleyes:The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
That's put my mind at ease a bit now, Richard. I'll fill in as much as possible and then make my appointment. If I get very stuck on the basics I know the number for the Insolvency Helpline and they were very nice last time.
Would you believe that there's no information on the website or one crap piece of documentation I received to say what "HFO Services" stands for.
The story here is they TERRIFIED me and this is what prompted me to BR. I would like to thank them for that but that alone. They're a COWBOY outfit based in Surrey who scare and humiliate and terrorise people. They had the audacity to mention MY FATHER's FULL NAME. My debt is my debt and they said they were putting a charging order against my house. I don't own my own home - I live with my parents. I told them they couldn't do that when I was stupid enough to answer the phone to them. It got to the point it was making my mother ill for about a week and I got a call blocker from BT which has been a godsend called "Choose to Refuse" and I've been able to stop most of the calls from various creditors now.
I would love to report HFO to the OFT and the FTA because they are breaking every rule in the book. They don't go through DP with you, they obtained an aerial photo of someone's house that is on the Consumer Action Group and use every trick in the book to try and get money out of innocent people. They're also dealing illegally with various practises. I don't know if I can still do this after BR but I would love to have them investigated and shut down or at least heavily fined. Another one is "Robinson Way" - they're complete a***holes! My mother told them I wasn't in and they said "GET HER TO THE PHONE NOW!" speaking to someone like that???????
So I just want this to be over so the khfkdhfskjvnhbvh's can get !!!!!! ALL!BSC No 60

good luck lovely!! Hope it all gos well for you!
Don't worry about the OR call, they tend to arrange a time to call you - mine called at 8:30am which was great but they arrange a time that will suit you so you can always shovel your parents off to the shops for half an hour if that helps!!
Hope it all goes well!0 -
Hope it all goes well at the court, I'm sure it will.
Bet you can't wait to get back and take the call blocker off so you can tell them they can 'go whistle dixie' for their money!BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Hi.
I'm glad to see you are making superb progress.:D
Although I won't ask you to explain what "khfkdhfskjvnhbvh's" are.:rotfl:
A quick note on pensions. While the vast majority of these cannot be claimed by the OR/Trustee you MUST declare them on the forms.

I have my BR booked for this week. I won't say when because I've told no-one.
It's in the next few days.
As for the pensions - they were frozen ones when I left my employers I think I have two but I don't know how much is in them. I can put down the previous employers but I honestly don't know a lot about them. It just went out of my salary every month. I think it's only a couple of hundred pounds that don't mature for 27 years.
I don't have one now.
On my SOF it states who else makes a contribution to the household income. I live with my mum and dad and my father is the sole earner. My mum does Bed and Breakfast in the summer but that's just for her "pocket money" - so he's the sole contributor apart from me with "keep" and "essentials" like car tax and toiletries etc., - do I just put that down?
I'm currently in temporary employment and my employer is the agency - should I just put that down? And not the co I am working for?
As for my bank account - I have to clear it this week to pay my court fees. I'll only have about £200 left then. And my salary is going to go into my mum's account until I can set up a cashcard account is that ok?
I'll send my debit and credit card to the OR when they ask for it - or do I take it with me to court?
I haven't told work. I'm going on sick for the day. I don't want everyone to know. If they find out in my local paper - as I do live in a very small community - d'youthink they'd check the dates? It's not really a big deal because it's not my "career" but I don't want to be fired. And I don't know if I should tell the agency or not?
Sorry to ask so many questions. I'm running out of time now.
Thank you for all your help.BSC No 60

As you know I replied to this elsewhere, as that is the one I saw first.

I have some things of worth to me, but I can count on one hand the items that have any reasonable re-sale value & still have a couple of fingers to spare. The shoes/bags broke, I grew out of the cothes (mentally & physically
) & the kitchen 'must haves' weren't used after a couple of times & ended up being given away or thrown out as clutter (no more ice-cream makers, coffee percolators or "it'll slice it/dice it/chop it" items for me ever again). In fact, looking around my flat now, the only things left from 'that' time are my music centre, the televisions & the computer, & that's because I actually needed them. I'd say that's proof positive that most of what I initially spent was done out of want rather than need, & subsequently became essential spending when the creditors wanted my back end for a cycle park.
Lou, you should put down the agency as your employer as they're the people who pay you, but you don't need to tell the agency or the people you're contracted to anything unless it's part of your contract to do so. The ad in your local paper could appear any time between your hearing & Doomsday, & you'll probably never see it yourself never mind anyone else. If anyone sees it who knows you, few would have the guts/brass neck to raise it with you, & no-one's going to be thinking "Oh, so that's what was going on when she took that day off". Saddos they may be, but no-one's that sad.You won't lose your job either. Good luck.

Thanks everyone
I've been at it all dayhahaha - getting things ready I mean.
Photocopying and finding stuff.
I'm on an emergency tax code at the moment which should be sorted this week. I can't calculate how much tax and NI I pay. I suppose I could try on google. Done it!!!! Oh I am clever!
Right the other thing I can't find is the date of the start of my credit agreements etc., and the reason for my debt?!
