Have lost true movies freeview 62

After doing several retuning I still cannot watch my favourite channel true movies freeview 62. I can watch it in the guest room but not in mine. I am gutted and wonder whether I would call an engineer for an aerial update. What I do not understand I got it fine before being asked to retune to on the 23 May. My transmitter is from Oxford. Anybody can help will be much appreciated. I am lost without true movies. Thanks

Can you get channels 31 & 39 (5Spike & CBS Action) as they're in the same grouping?

How does the aerial lead get to the TV in your room? Does it go to the guest room first?

I assume you have tried another full re-tune a few times to see if it comes back? To no avail?

Take your TV and connect it in the guest room. From the menu do a full re-tune and check whether True Movies comes back. If so then take the TV back to your own room and connect it up. See whether you can still get True Movies. If it's working, then leave it, and don't do another full re-tune.

I did once find that the self-tuning was unable to find some channels. I ended up putting in the multiplex details manually and it all worked. I think I had to first delete the wrong version of the multiplex that the tuner had somehow latched onto. (Or perhaps it had found a mix of transmitters. Can't remember now.)

(When you retune, do you delete all the settings first, or does it do an incremental search ?)

You should do a full re-tune without the aerial in first to remove all stored channels, then put the aerial in and do it all again.

Cannot get channels 31 & 39. The aerial comes from the outside to the main bedroom.
There is individual outdoor aerial in each bedroom. It is annoying as I can get true movies in all the rooms except mine and it is my favourite channel. Tried everything still no joy. Thanks

I would factory reset the TV .
If still no try moving to other room and tune then move back .
