Every bedroom has it's own external aerial? Are they all pointed in the same direction? Are they all of the same type? Any obvious damage?

As someone else suggested earlier, take your TV to the guest bedroom and tune it with that aerial then try it back in your room.

First do a full re-tune without the aerial in to remove all stored channels, then put the aerial in and do it all again.

Have swapped tv and retuned in bedroom where I could get all the missing channels, got the missing channels back. When put to back in my bedroom although the channels are there but no signal message pop up. It does look I will need to upgrade aerial. Thanks for your advice.

Is it a case that you have one aerial but are taking two feeds from it? You may need a booster amp to split the aerial feed into two separate signals.

Check the cable for damage and that the TV plug is made off properly, not loose or damaged or any stray whiskers of wire. Re-make any suspect plugs or sockets.

Many if not most problems are due to dodgy cables and connections.

Note Aerials should be spaced at least a metre apart to avoid interaction between them that can give unpredictable reception results.
