I think that as Umkomaas says, to start with, maybe not a SAR to the landowner but defo to UKPC

Is Wech the landowner OR JUST a co-operative housing
association. Does not mean the two are the same.
It is the company the agreement and tenant signed

You are now in the right place so do your homework
and whatever you find come back here

I believe that Wech are just the housing association. I'm unsure of how I can go about finding out who owns the land, or at least the car park that UKPC manage. I'll get onto sending UKPC a SAR. Thanks!

I would imagine Wech would know that

As yet you don't know if UKPC do manage the car park or
just a commission only person sending data to UKPC

I'd have to wait until tomorrow to contact Wech to find out who the landowner is. Before the renovations to this estate began, March 2017, there used to be multiple UKPC signs stating that the car park is managed by UKPC. Now there is one sole sign. Should I take pictures of the signs and post them here?

Umkomaas - I didn't originally see your post about GDPR and the link. I'll give that a thorough read and will get back to you on that! Thanks a lot for your help.

beamerguy - Will do! I'll post them on here within the next 15 minutes or so. Thanks a lot!

The pic suggests the signs originally showed £90 - and yet we assume all the PCNs were for £100 each? Any idea when they were changed (no, we bet) so your brother asks UKPC and includes that vital element of doubt about the 'parking charge' amount, in his defence.

Your BROTHER (not you) must do all of the work, SAR, AOS online (see NEWBIES thread) and the defence in his name for court, as he is the Defendant.

You can be his researcher but your name appears nowhere.

Search the for firm UKPC SCS residential - saves us soooo much typing! And you will find threads you didn't know existed & the defences people used in the past year, to win.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Great to have you here Coupon-mad! Thanks for the response.

Well, would you look at that...

I'm not sure on when they were changed to be completely honest with you. As I feel as though I'm way in over my head here, what would the next steps be? I can't contact Wech yet about who owns the land as they're not open. I don't believe UKPC used their STS service as they have all been windscreen 'PCN' and not through the post. Are my next steps sending the SAR off to either Wech or UKPC? Even so, I wouldn't know where to begin.

Of course, I'm just doing the research for my brother. I'm going through a similar ordeal myself with UKPC and will apply what I've learned here with my case. Thanks!

Edit: missed the bottom bit! I'll get to searching the forum.
