Le_Kirk - Yes, we can. We'll do that now.
Coupon-mad - Thanks Coupon. I am aware, I think it was mentioned somewhere by either yourself or someone else in this thread months ago. I'm just here to assist him. I'll follow what both you and Le_Kirk said and send him in there for a copy of the order.
 Thank you both again.0

We've gone down there and he went in. Was given a number by them to ring as they only deal with appointments. We rang them just now and they said they can't help us over the line and to call the same number I sat all morning trying to ring.
Any options you can suggest? They don't answer at all.0

Was able to get on the phone to them after trying the whole day and they claim that it was sent sometime back in September. We genuinely did not receive anything and the lady over the phone said it would be sent again to arrive tomorrow but told us there is nothing else that can be done and suggested he writes to the judge explaining why no defence or witness statement could be filed.0

Never conduct business such as this by 'phone, always write a letter. It may take longer, but it does not get overlooked. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Thank you, The Deep. Useful information for me to remember for the future. Would the steps now be to write a letter to the judge?
 Thanks a lot!0

I think a covering letter in with the WS and evidence might be needed if it is being sent late (you don't know till you look at the letter).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

            Hi Coupon.
Thanks for your reply. We're currently looking at Witness Statement examples as found in the Newbies thread. How would these best be organised with the evidence? Give it a number like 'exhibit x' and have the corresponding images in a separate pack? Or put them all as one document? Another question I have is would it be possible to email UKPC the Witness Statement rather than send them it via post? Or would they all have to be by post?
 Thanks!
Edit: As suspected, the letter hadn't turned up today either. I reckon it will do tomorrow.0

Separate pages for your images and transcripts of similar/supporting cases. All in a ring binder, with numbered pages and, yes, numbered exhibits and evidence, and a contents or index page. we do say this on every court thread!Give it a number like 'exhibit x' and have the corresponding images in a separate pack?
Take it IN PERSON to the court (marked on the front with the hearing date/time, the Claim Number & your name as Defendant) as the file will be heavy to post.
Yes but obviously to their solicitors. You are not dealing with UKPC direct.would it be possible to email UKPC the Witness StatementPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, Coupon. Your help is invaluable. Tomorrow once the letter is received we'll get to working on it, alongside the covering letter which, hopefully, the court will accept.
Would it be possible to post the WS up here for critiquing0

We are very happy to check & critique a WS and your ideas for evidence & exhibits.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
