Embed Twitter post/video on MSE forum posts

Is it possible to embed Twitter posts/video on MSE forum posts so they are directly visible ?

It's not possible on the forum version we're currently using unfortunately.
If there's an equivalent version on youtube those are embeddable. Use [ youtube ] [ /youtube ] placing the digits from the youtube link between the tags and removing the spaces at the start and end of the brackets.Could you do with a Money Makeover?
