I was nice to the Estate Agent we are buying from! it was hard but in all honesty she was nice to me and that made my dealings with her much less feisty than they might otherwise have been. She came back to me by phone less than half an hour later with answers to all my worries so if no one minds I think I'm proud of her?0

I would love to have some hens - so would one of my hounds but in a different way!0 -

I just counted our savings jar and put in £13+ it came to £77.95
and moved £10 into my house deposit savings.
not a lot I know but i'm currently saving for ;
* Our wedding
* CHristmas (need to deposit £200 to reach goal of £300)
* Emergency fund (£1,000)
So as soon as i get the money for christmas i'll be depositing the money into my house deposit
and once the wedding is all paid for / saved for etc... i'll be saving religiously for a new home.
I've come up with a plan that each year starting 2019, I'll be putting £300-£500 away for christmas
in the first few months so i don't need to stress about it.Wedding Fund: £1107.23 / £2,500 Xmas'18: £100.00 / £300.00 Emergency Fund: £100.00 / £1,000H2B ISA: £30.500
