Bus stop/shelter to be relocated in front of my house

    It depends what is meant by "bus stop". My concern was about the position of the "clearway", i.e. the yellow marked zone which includes the words "bus stop" and on which it is illegal to park. These certainly are located in front of dropped kerbs on this road and plenty of others. The shelter, which probably includes what most people would consider the bus stop itself, will be very close to my neighbour's dropped kerb, which is why he's complaining about that.
    That's good news and it also means that the gypsy encampment across the road from you that they're giving planning permission for won't be inconvenienced by buses stopping outside all the time.
    I don't think the neighbours across the road will be too happy about having their houses demolished to make way for that. ;)
