Oh pm honey that sounds nasty to just leave you standin there not knowing what happening is not on I would look out for her next time you in that store and try gt the name off her name badge .
I had probs with mr T too got some sprout racing crackers for Xmas day and 2 of the 6 were empty my little boy sobbed when he had no toy I called HO an they say I have to take packaging and receipt to store and ask if they will please refund !!!! She even wants me to go thru bin to get the halves of crackers but I told her no way. What's the betting store wont refund..... Queue screaming mummy and screaming baby lol

Thanks all, head office said they will contact the store and get the member if staff retrained, I did try to get as best a look at her name badge. She didn't even come back ad bay anything to me.

Sometimes SA's are so cranky, especially when we are using coupons/ APG etc, as if they are giving something from their own pocket....
Did they offer any GC when you called HO???

Thanks is no gc from ho, It does make you feel like your taking profits from their pocket doesn't it. I left half of my shopping there before paying as I waited so long
