The manager apologised and said she must have been confused, he attitude stunk and was telling me things didn't add up.

Just spoke to head office, so angry.

So sorry you had to put up with this.
My A's is awful for using coupons in and sometimes for APG's.
Most of the SA's are OK, but there is one runner/supervisor who makes them check with her if you have a high APG to amount spent and she reads the print off the receipt first stares at you like you are a criminal, and then goes to photocopy it making sure she takes as long as possible so you get maximum embarrassment at the till.Im sure she works about 80 hours per week as well as it doesn't matter when I go in she always seems to be there.

but combo of needing to pick son up & excitement of unexpectedly finding them & for once coupon didn't occur to me:o

can you go back tomorrow? someone suggested DTD for those scanning at £5 but SEL shows £2.50

Thanks all no gc card nothing just said they would talk to the store the same sa has been like that before but nowhere near as bad.
