CW - well done to DS fixing the leak around window.

Off to bed now, all kitchen units assembled and all base units fitted. Now for the hard part, getting the wall units on!

Also managed to do some gardening today whilst hubby was making changes to the plumbing - I want the sink moving! Not as easy as we thought.

What lovely weather we have had today! Has summer actually arrived?

I know, it's getting scary - although in my case I actually need to get my bum to the supermarket to do some 'shopping' just haven't had time of late so been doing smaller top up shops. Bit worried as I'm down to my last 15 jars of Sacla sauce :rotfl:

Good news about the window CW :T Sunny here this weekend, was at Legoland yesterday with family ( to the ticket prices and that was WITH vouchers / discounts) and (sorry for anyone who had carp weather today) but its been lovely and sunny here today.

Great that you had nice weather when you were at Legoland, the rain would have ruined your day out. It makes all the differnece to have the sun shining for a change. I don't know how much it cost you but it sounds as though you all enjoyed yourselves and thats whats important.

Sounds as though your making great progress snd. You'll soon have your kitchen back at this rate. lol.

Your hubby is clever, mine is hopeless at anything diy so my son has to try his best.

Hope your wall units are fixed on the wall soon

Glad you got the window fixed CW.

Forecasters got it all wrong Saturday - didn't rain at all. Managed to clear out the summer house completely (it was jammed full of stuff from old garage/shed that got knocked down for the extension). It's now a usable outdoor room with a bench (I built it) and two old rugs on top of some spare floor insulation I had left over from daughter's bedroom.

Yesterday I had a good session on the allotment in the morning and then we went to in-laws for lunch followed by my parents for a BBQ - excellent - no cooking or dishes :j

    Morning all :D

    Finish work on Thursday for a fortnight+ - can't wait :)

Might have picked up for you, but grey and cloudy here again. Got the washing on the line, but not sure if it will dry or not.

What an excellent day jeferey, especially with no cooking or dishes! Sounds like heaven to me.

Are you going away when you are off work or got something planned?

The summerhouse sounds like a nice play room/quiet room. Get some cushions in there and a radio/tv and I bet you won;t be able to keep the kids out of it.:rotfl::rotfl:

    Good morning everyone

Back to a grey, wet day again so no chance to put the washing out.
