Hi all

Sorry not been on much past week been busy with stuf for kids they have a garden force week next week putting in raised beds and a kitchen garden at the school and they are also doing race for life and bake sale so getting ready for that. Also school has finally raised enough to buy some o the wooden trail play equipment the have been fundraising for yrs for so we have been sorting that too.

Plus it's my mum and dads ruby weddin anni next weekend and we are having big family bash at mine for them so house needs to be spotless.

So summary cleaning cleaning baking cookin cleaning and more baking lol. I will try to post up some pics of the anniversary cake and the fundraiser buns next week.

SnD don't envy the kitchen refit we did ours ourself and although very fulfilling and saved a packet it's tiring and messy and takes time. Don't forget to post us a piccy when it's all done and sparkling

Hope your fundraising goes well and the weather is kind to you. Nothing worse than gardening in the rain. lol.

You and snd are brave fitting your own kitchen, its must take ages to do and get it just right. But I suppose it is quite satisfying to save a lot of money.

Enjoy your parents wedding anniversary, and hope they have lots more happy years together. Don't forget the pic of the cake, I am sure it will look fab as your such a great cook.

Wombling is pretty dire at the moment isn't it. I suspect a lot more people are doing it so there are less receipts to pick up, but only guessing. lol.

Guess there aren't so many posts on here now as there doesn't seem to be as many bargains or glitches as in the past. These days I use a few coupons, but feel like I am doing "normal" shopping. I never find any of the 1p bargains that some are lucky enough to find.
I also used to find the odd womble here and there, but now the car parks are so clean! Desperately looking for a 10p off litre of fuel in Mr T, but no luck so far.

Will try and pop back on later, kitchen dependent! Have a good day all.

I will keep my fingers crossed that you don't need any plastering doing, or electrics/plumbing etc. Its such a nuisance waiting for workmen to turn up.

Hope you manage to get the allotment sorted before you go away Jeferey. I suppose a lot depends on the weather as well and we are forecast more rain.

The thread won't close but you may find it naturally stops being posted on and gets the odd person posting every now and again.

Blue is busy with real life, hence not been on here for a long time.

Bullshot didn't like all the apgs and pp posts so stopped posting.

I am just busy with life and other stuff going on, so don't have much time to post, I have 2 fb pages I administers, 1 thread on mse, and other stuff I do, so finding time quite short these days or am sleeping!

and as for Doc, she just deserted MSE!

nope point moaning about lack of posts, is perfectly natural cycle of the way things go in life.
