Evening all. Back from hols now and new kitchen to be delivered tomorrow, so now busy emptying current kitchen and taking out units/worktops etc. Chaos reins in this house at the moment!

I know what you mean snd.

Were having the lounge done, we had to have some of the wall replastered, new fireplace fitted, lots of bits and bobs needed doing and on Monday the decorator is in. Total chaos finding room for furniture to be moved so the room is clear.

Your new kitchen will look fab when its done though so it will be worth the hassle.

Afternoon all. New kitchen delivered this morning and all of the old one out. Just finished taking off the old tiles. Think some plastering will be needed though

Hope your lounge is soon sorted CW. I just hate the house being in a mess. We have things everywhere! Only good thing is we will have to eat out!

Really hope this thread doesn't end up closing due to lack of use. I know I don't get on as often as I used to (lack of free time caring for mum) but I do try and pop in whenever I can. So few posts nowadays.
Off to bed now as so tired, been in the kitchen all day with hubby doing preparation work for the kitchen. Hopefully tomorrow we can make a start with the new units. Hubby is still filling holes in the walls as I type!
