Busy again today cleaning tidying and gave the two boys hair cuts and all kids bathed ready for school tomoz now they Re neat tidy and clean (for now). 5 min sit down then tea to sort.

Had 5 lots of beautiful flowers, some smellies and some nice chocs so I am very lucky:T:T:T:T

Proper birthday pressie is next week seeing Mrs Brown and her boys at Birmingham NEC. Also got a couple of days in Hertfordshire in a stately home and going to Bletchley Park so looking forward to that:)

Some fab baking going on everyone:j . PM well done you on baking your cake sounds delicious. Sorry to hear about the anxiety geting worse again:( but also agree with kerri about cooking especially cakes as being very theraputic I remember reading an article some time ago about one of the great cooks explaining that's how she got into baking to try and help her get over a great tragedy in her life. :A

Aesop you should really give it a go with decorating cakes I think it is the easier part and more fun as you can be as adventurous as you like. They don't have to be perfect but it is something you can do with your DS maybe on a Sat;).

TS I also ordered 2 of the cutlery sets and a dining set but they haven't arrived yet but glad to hear yours have and you are happy with them:j:T

SND must have been very emotional sorting your dads things for you both:A:A:A suppose it is another little step in the grieving process:)

Evening all, just trying to catch up. Did some housework this morning, then decided to go for a walk with OH. Did a 10 mile walk, so now bathed and ready for bed.

Baking is threaputic isn't it. I think i will always have anxity and depression but have to live with it and hope for better days.

snD I hope your ok after sorting through your dads belonings, must have been really hard for you.
