PM - hope your anxiety is easing a little now you are back in the comfort of your own home.

CM - you have been really busy today. DH and I did manage to get out in the garden for a couple of hours but it started raining again, so got soaked. We are making our veg patch larger, but had forgotten how much clay we have in our garden. The area that we did use for veggies last year, we had to dig out the clay and get a load of topsoil delivered so that area is great. Now we need to do the same with the extra bit of garden we are expanding into. We did have some plants in there, but have been moving them today to other parts of the garden. Fingers crossed they will survive. Still lots of clay to dig out before ordering top soil, hopefully in the next week or so.

I have been busy sorting cupboards in the kitchen too. So satisfying when they are all tidy.

DH watching the rugby at the moment, then we will have our usual Saturday night tea in front of the fire with a glass or two of wine.

TS - good luck with the E Bay sales.

PM - what sort of cakes do you like to make? I couldn't make cakes or cook a dinner when we got married, but it is worth persevering. Once you get some good results, you will want to do more. I absolutely love cooking and baking now. In fact, managed to get tickets for the Cake & Bake Show in Manchester in April. Really looking forward to seeing what freebies or samples are around. ;);)

Ts dh likes the cakes, I'm no very good at making them though.

My gp is pretty rubbish tbh. I'm on a high dose of anti depressants but they only take the edge off. With all the cut backs I don't see my psych very often and have no cpn. Psych isn't that helpful either, was a real struggle getting some diazepam out of him before my op.only got one left now, will save it for an emergency. It's a shame as I miss out so much in life due to the panic attacks.

Going to make some fish cakes fir tea, not very hungry though.
