    Ah I bet your ds was really excited, shame about the party though.

    Aesop poor ds, lovely of him to bring you breakfast though. I'm seeing my mum soon as well.

    Should be interesting for my dh to get back from his mums with a broken toe. It's really far away as well.

    Xx

    Happy Mothering Sunday to everyone and hugs to those missing their mother.

    I have had breakfast in bed brought by DS from the top step :-)

    Unfortunately he burnt his arm a little as DH let him help make breakfast :-( nt major burn but still makes me upset. He came up and gave me a big hug and said don't worry I am ok.

    Aww what a shame for DS but sooo nice that he wanted to do something thoughtful for his Mum. Well done DS :T:T:T:T:T'

    Hope his arm is ok.

    We are not going out for Mothers Day:( DH moans always too busy to go out and eat so I always end up doing the cooking:mad:

    We took my mum & dad to the carvery yesterday as it was footie day and we normally go there anyways so I combined picking them up beforehand as a treat for Mothers day for my mum:). When DH mum was still with us we would pick both mums up and take them to the Beefeeter on the Monday after we picked the kids up from school. Or Occasionally had them both at our place on the Sunday and I would do the cooking

    Good morning all - for all the ladies on here

    :A:T:A:T:A:T:A:T:A:T:A

    and for those who are Mums :T:dance::T

    Enjoy your day:):):):)

    Here Here TS:beer::T

    Would also like to add we also assume mothers do the nurturing and looking after but in some cases this has indeed fallen to some men who for whatever reason have lost their wife/partners and are left to bring up their families alone indeed this day is for them also because that role is even harder. :A

    Didn't have any luck with using other retailers in the ShopScanSave that still had the green pin on Friday went to 2 local stores showed one the app and their store listed on it but they just looked at me really confused and said they had never heard of it:( so think just best keeping to the CoOps so not much chance of getting 3 green pins locally :(

    Still got to claim my free kit kat yet yum yum:j

    Ahhh, bless him - how lovely for you (brekkie not the burn). Unfortunately we can't protect our kids from every little bump, bruise, graze or burn, a little accident here and there is how we all learnt about common sense and safety, and also how to be independent. So long as he's safe from the 'big' nasties, you're doing a fab job. xx
