We were delayed last year for 25hrs as a member of the airline staff backed into the landing gear which made the plane unflyable.when we finally arrived in our holiday a rep from the holiday company have us a letter saying we were able to claim . When arriving back in the UK we went to see the travel agent and they then began trying to chase it up. After I don't know how many attempts from the travel agent we have tried contacting them ourselces. We rang the company only for the staff to be French speaking and we have also sent e mails. There has not even been an acknowledgement, where do we go next?
