I sold a house for somebody else (Power of Attorney) and when I went to drop the keys off on the morning of completion the EA unexpectedly gave me a bottle of wine.
That's the only time I've ever heard of any agent giving a seller/buyer anything upon completion.0 -
Assuming the OP means "what did you get (from the EA)", then ;
It's common practice in the USA for realtors to leave gifts for their selling clients, or for their buyers .... but with commission at 5.12% on average, they can flippin' afford to....
These days, we seem to be in a chase to the bottom in terms of what we pay our EAs (a recent survey, taking UK fees as "between 1.0 and 1.5%, found that UK EA fees are the lowest in the world), and I think there's little left in many EA budgets for fripperies like this....0 -

If buying, dropping in and announcing you'll give a magnum of champagne to whoever sorts your purchase is, frankly, an extremely cheap incentive for them to pay attention.0

Assuming the OP is asking if the EA gave a gift -
The EA gave us a bottle of fizz when we sold my late MIL's property. We sold our own house via Purple Bricks, so certainly didn't expect anything from them.It's not difficult!
