!
Many thanks for your letter regarding the parking charges you received whilst shopping at our Chesterfield !store.
!
Firstly please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused.
!
Unfortunately we do not have any control over the car parking on the site. This is owned by a private landlord who controls the restrictions and signs displayed. Whilst we appreciate that not all retail car parks issue parking fines this does depend upon the particular landlord that the land is leased from.
!
If you are able to contact the Chesterfield store with your fine reference number to see if there is any way they !can liaise with the site landlord to sway their decision in light of the fact that you were shopping in our store.
!
Unfortunately a positive outcome is not guaranteed as this decision is sadly not within our control.
!
Apologies that we are unable to assist further at this time.
So I'll get on to ringing the actual store I went to to see if they can help0 -
You still need to edit your post 1 to remove information about who saw the signs
You must never say, or imply, who was driving!.
Go back and check everything you have posted to make sure you only mention The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Managed to get in contact with the store manager, as expected they have nothing to do with the car park even after expressing I won't be going to the store again and having purchased goods in the store.
So I'll just have to wait for the reply of euro car park I have found the receipt with the proof of purchase in the shop and the time the anpr took a picture of the drivers number plate is 5 minutes after I left the store but I appealed to euro car parks and didn't include it because the driver thought theybhad thrown it in the bin shall I keep it in case of a popla appeal?0 -
If the shop/complex has a Facebook page write bad stuff on it.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hmmm...that's not what people do when it's a retail park, as shown in SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCS. You are giving up far too easily. So I'll just have to wait for the reply of euro car park
It is obvious who you now complain to, and who can cancel it - Google to find the owner or agent that runs the retail park. Do that this week, BEFORE trying POPLA when ECP reject the appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
