  • In terms of the certificate of posting query, not sure if its important but just trying to add more ammo to my WS. Anything that would help! What does everyone else think??
Irrelevant. There is a presumption that you receive a letter 2nd business day after it's posted first class. A firm of solicitors (if you are dealing with solicitors) or a PPC which sends out thousands of these LBCs would NOT be expected to get a certificate of postage for each one. And you did receive it. So what on earth is the point playing games and asking them to prove they posted it?????
Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I accept no liability for the accuracy of any such posts and users are advised that, if they wish to obtain formal legal advice specific to their case, they must seek instruct and pay a solicitor.

    If someone could check ..

Nowhere on Companies House can I find Highton Club 3000 Ltd, Hayton Club 3000 Ltd or Huyton Club 3000 Ltd - as shown in the badly written "authority"

    Is this another DIY contract?

@IamEmanresu..next to the Lidl is "Club3000 bingo". On there web site:

    http://www.club3000bingo.com

Its got the following text right at the bottom:

    © Fraser Capital Management Ltd

Even the company name is incorrect! Would be very surprised if a company would sign a document of the company name was incorrect. Make the contract void???

Well spotted IamEmanresu! Something else to go in the WS. Thanks.

That's only telling you the website copyright owner.

From this webpage, it looks like whoever runs the place has a brand licence from Fraser Capital Management Ltd.

I don't think FCM fit in this at all.

The problem is that the webpage I linked to earlier only mentions the owner of the website - as an Alderney company: Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited.

As far as I can see there is no mention of which companies are involved with any of their physical properties. I've not looked at them all, but that's certainly the case for your site in Preston.

So the question is then is it a diy contract? I know that lidl pay the rates on the land and car park. But who owns the land is the question?
