    I was going to post something similar myself. I've already mentioned the importance of security on the facebook group. It's definitely the best direct action that all of us members can make. Maybe it's worth getting Martin to put the security advice (reminder) in the next newletter (Martin's bound to mention the DDOS).

    Superantispyware is free, easy to use and can be run in normal windows mode....

    required no complex instructions, if anyone has recurring problems they can start a thread

    I'm a bit of a ignoramus when it comes to computer techie thingies. I run spyware doctor, spybot and windows defender; spyware doctor seems to find more stuff than the other two.

    Is superantispyware better or different to that stuff I mentioned above that I use (also free btw - don't like to pay for these things!)

    we have windows defender and avg free edition and something else running that i cant remember the name of.
