Noted, even i had close my Natwest account in May 2018, I received £125 from Natwest offer in April, I am not entitled for this RBS £100 offer.

    They mean this....

"You won’t be eligible for this offer if you’ve already taken advantage of a cash offer from NatWest between
October 2017 and May 2018 for (i) opening a new current account and switching to NatWest or (ii) upgrading your existing NatWest current account"

So I gues the answer will be no you can't.

Presumably it would be detected in the application process if a person had received an incentive payments via NatWest by holding an account with them. And, the RBS application would be terminated ???

There's only one way to find out??

I'm about to go with one anyway, like I said earlier there's nothing to say you can't open a Natwest account today, then head over to RBS and do the same tomorrow, or has someone found it yet? And I do mean switch with two separate redundant accounts.

My expectation would be that at least 1 of them wouldn't automatically pay out as expected, but by the terms of the offer you absolutely would be entitled to a payment on both - and a complaint would secure that if necessary.

NatWest one opened this evening, all went smoothly. RBS one I'll go for tomorrow.

Nothing mentioned about the switch bonus apart from the opening offer prior to applying but I guess once it's all up and running all will be revealed....or not paid.
