I tried to unsubscribe from CreditClub: Unable to log in and with no visible unsubscribe link, I sent an email. A breach of new GDPR regulations as I understand them..
Since making that contact, Zendesk has been sending me EAMILS EVERY HOUR. Seriously, I have had over 60 emails.
There is no one to contact, and apparently the help-desk is otherwise unmanaged. Seriously, !!!!!!?

From what I understand, Zendesk Id #566907Thanks for e-mailing MoneySavingExpert com
This is an automatic reply that should help you deal with your issue !!!8211; please carefully read the FAQ at the link below that should be able to answer your questions;
FAQ link: moneysavingexpert.com/faqs
You can also use the search function at the top of every page to check if there is an article relevant to your question.
Sadly neither Martin nor the site are able to answer MoneySaving questions on a personal basis as the site has 10 million users and we aren!!!8217;t able to provide one-on-one help. Rest assured if we know the answer we put it on the site.
Special Note for those in debt crisis:
The first port of call is reading the !!!8216;what to do with problem debts!!!8217; article. However if you!!!8217;re panicking and need to talk to someone (We still urge you to read the article first) while we can!!!8217;t give you one-on-one help, there are some fantastic, non-profit, debt-help agencies that can:-
They are the Consumer Credit Counselling Service 0800 138 1111, National Debtline 0808 808 4000 and the Citizens Advice Bureaux or visit your local CAB centre. The sooner you talk to them the better. It may help you sleep at night. Counselling agencies are set up to give you one on one help.
We!!!8217;ll respond as soon as we can.
Kind regards
The MSE Team
