Your complaint is ridiculous. The chief executive should tell you to get stuffed, but sadly they tend not to do so.

I mean, seriously, you are upset that you had to prove who you were before being handed the card from the machine? Do you realise how silly you are being there?

Because your witness may have been as irrational as you are sounding and not to be trusted.

I hope my bank, whom I have never so much as kissed or taken to dinner, doesn't randomly hand out money to anyone who says it's theirs.

I can understand how you must have felt at the time, especially if you have problems with anxiety. But in the cold light of day, thinking back to the situation, did the staff really do anything wrong? As said previously, things go wrong where technology is concerned, but I think you'll find the staff handled it as well as they could.
In the end, no harm done eh?
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

I'm sure the CCTV and an elderly gentleman would have confirmed the situation.
It didn't randomly hand out money.
Funny how the other bunch of notes that had been attacked by the machine had also been ripped and torn too shreds. Others must have been affected. If I would have wanted to rip off the bank I would have said I would have deposited more than twenty pounds?
I hope you have trouble Witham ATM and you will then find how annoying it is

Make your mind up.....you said they kept you waiting too long now you want them to review CCTV footage rather than ask if you had ID?

If others have been affected how does that affect you?
