False ANPR hit now Zenith letters...

So, back in November 2017 'the driver' used the Adam street NCP car park in Cardiff.
This car park uses ANPR for charging its users. (and ticketing those who don't pay)
'the driver' used the car park as a place to drop off and pick up family who had gone into Cardiff to watch the rugby. 'the car and driver' were not in the car park for longer than 5/10 minutes (due to it being busy, it took this long to go in and turn around) when 'the driver' dropped them off or when 'the driver' picked them up.
A couple of weeks later, 'the keeper' was unaware of a letter that was received at a parents address (where 'the keeper' previously lived and where 'the keepers' drivers licence was registered) however 'the keepers' parent failed to let 'the keeper' know this had been received, because at the time 'the keeper' was moving house and was a little pre-occupied with all the stress that comes with that.
When 'the keeper' finally got around to changing drivers licence address, a few days later received a letter to their new address stating that Debt Recover Plus had taken over a claim for a non payment in the Adam street car park on the dates 'the driver' gave the lifts to their family.
Obviously the ANPR cameras had not detected the vehicle leaving the car park the first time and must have only detected it on the way out the second time, hence why the Non Payment Deceleration had been served.
Following advice read on here, and because 'the driver' knew that they never actually parked in the car park, just effectively used it to turn around in, 'the keeper' just ignored the letters and put them straight in the bin.
'the keeper' has now started to receive more letters and a new company Zenith Collections have taken over the 'debt' which is far as 'the keeper' is aware are pretty much the same company as Debt Recovery Plus.
'the keeper' is now at a stage where above all else, these letters are starting to annoy, and worry 'the keepers' partner, who feels worried about a debt collector possibly coming to the house or even court action and 'the keeper' possibly ending up with a CCJ.
So 'the keeper' is after some advice on how best to deal with finally getting these letters to stop as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance.

nothing you can do about those letters
see post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread
IGNORE the debt collectors
come back if you receive a formal LBC or an MCOL
read this post about CCJ,s
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5849106/the-ccj-myth-and-threats-and-lies-told-by-debt-collectors-and-ppcs-exposed
PS:- edit your post above and remove any hint of who was driving
the DRIVER drove on the day
the KEEPER has received the subsequent letters
no "ME , MYSELF & I" , those words should never be used on a public forum0 -
Every concern there is totally without foundation, she needs to do a bit of research before getting in that kind of a state!I am now at a stage where above all else, these letters are starting to annoy myself and my new partner especially, as she is a bit less laid back than myself and feels worried about a debt collector possibly coming round the house or even worse taking me to court and me possibly ending up with a CCJ on my report. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Zenith, laugh at them:

You'll notice that's from 2012. We know what we are doing when we say ignore!
Not possible with a parking charge and DRP. You are thinking of bailiffs. This is not that animal.worried about a debt collector possibly coming round the house
Not possible with DRP/Zenith. It is not their 'debt'.or even worse taking me to court
Not possible unless NCP decided to sue you themselves, and you would have to LOSE and then ALSO refuse to pay!and me possibly ending up with a CCJ on my report.
The 4th post of the NEWBIES FAQS sticky thread covers this completely. No threads needed.
Are they now sending the letters to the right address? That's all you need to be sure of, just in case NCP ever try a claim later on (defendable, pretty much laughable).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You say you've updated your driving licence but what about the V5c? They use the details on that to find you not your licence.
It's amazing how many people don't realise you need to update the V5c too.0 -

Thanks for the advice, do you know how long NCP would possibly be able to claim against the driver/owner in the future though?0 -
-
Up to 6 years. They haven't a clue who the driver is unless someone tells the,, so don't tell them. So they'd have to claim against the keeper.0

re edit post #1 , its like you "gave up" halfway through editing it
its the KEEPER that is receiving all the postal letters , NOT THE driver
the KEEPER has been involved since the day of this incident, because NCP have no idea who the DRIVER is, so keep it that way
the 6 year rule has been in place since 1973 for E & W0 -
Obviously any company or person has six years to pursue any alleged contractual (breach or damages) debt in England/Wales.
You could have found that in seconds by Googling it, faster than typing to ask us. Such questions are not specific to a parking ticket forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.
These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.
