Why did you pay for the report when you could have accessed it instantly and also for free?

    Experian: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/creditclub

If you've recently changed your name, then give Experian a call as they will need to manually authorise the change of adding your old accounts and linking it to your new name.

Your bank account, credit card and mobile phone should appear on your credit files. Your utilities very rarely do, only some companies report to the CRAs.

Thanks Candyapple. Experian do have all my correct details in my old name. I reckon they just created a new account for my married name. I've updated my details.

    :)
