Gosh!! All the pipes that are cut are having zero scale/sediment residue of any description, in fact I'd no idea that copper could scale up to this extent

I'm not sure how many posts I have to make or how long I have to have been a member before the system allows me to post image links but I'll be sure to post some images so readers can clearly see the contrast which will help others save money as well!::T
You can post the links now, just put a space in them. Another poster can easily fix them after.

Hahaha! Thanks!! I love a bit of levity! That was quite funny! You must be a builder as builders always seem to have great banter!:rotfl::rotfl:
Not a builder, I used to be an engineer ............... but I'm all right now!

Imperial size radiators are available,if your lucky they will be the exact length to what you have.

    myson premier he imperial radiators.

Seen many copper pipes fail but the cause has always been poor installation,

As long as your heating isn't a one pipe system then I would leave it HOWEVER if it's an old system then it's probably open vented (so not under pressure), if you are upgrading most installers will opt to seal the system (meaning it's under pressure) & it's at this point something might fail, nearly all combi boilers will only work on a sealed system (apart from Intergas which can be adapted to work on open vented), so it really depends what you are thinking of doing boiler & system wise in the future
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.
