My husband was flying from Berlin to stanstead which got cancelled. He put a claim through resolva but it got rejected as it wasn’t the airlines fault. Any come back to this?!

Wrong place but I'll let you know how I get on with my claim. I feel so sorry for everyone who was in Stansted that day. I ended up in a wheelchair which a lovely Polish lady went and got for me as I'm a "chemo victim" to put it nicely. I think I'll try Resolver as it seems to work. Thank you for all your help.
