    Aw thanks Dan.

It's been a bit of a battle tbh but I'm out the other side of it now and feeling so much better.

I just really need to have a plan in place for everything and that has helped me so much, it hasn't always worked out the way I thought it would but I got there in the end.

My journey will go on and on aswell so you are all stuck with me till I buy a house then pay that off aswell - aren't you lucky :rotfl:

If I could give you any advice it would be to go through your plan all the time, check to see if it is possible to hit your goals that you set out initially and if it isn't then change it to make it achievable and also use the support from this forum.

    Good luck!

I must admit the thing that stuck out to me was the lists....oh and the staionary!:rotfl:

I like how a list gives you a little structure and something to follow and whilst you have not always completed the task that day its there to remind you. I think i am going to go down the route and try put it into my routine that i write a list and follow. I love the goals setting that you have going on too. Its little ideas like this that can make a journey become set in stone.

Now subscribed and followingand cheering you on your journey to buying your own home :)
  • Oh god I am so bad with stationary!

Not bought any for a while so that's all good but still have enough to last me a lifetime :p

I've started gifting some of it which has hurt my heart a bit but its better than it just sitting there.

Lists are the best!! They are the way forward in life :T

  • Morning,

So plan for today is work till 8pm - other than that nothing :p

Will watch Love Island while eating my yummy soup then straight o bed I think.

Plan for tomorrow was to work from 10am till 8pm but I honestly don't feel any better for lying in so think I will just come in at 8am.

    We'll see anyway.

So today only MSE thing I need to do it check my CC balance and keep on top of the surveys.

    Will check back in later.

I always feel better for getting in and getting my shift out the way, Dolly. The same as you - I don't feel any better for lying on in the morning even though I hate getting up!

Glad you've cleared the CC spends too :)

  • Think I just need to give myself a kick in the morning, a lie in always seems like a great idea at the time but then I find myself thinking I wish I had just got up!

Thanksssssssss trying to keep that as close to £0.00 as possible.

In January, i started getting up at the same time as my husband just so I can get a coffee and 30 minutes of peace before the kids get up. It's horrible dragging myself out of bed but I force myself (mainly because if i don't, we will all sleep in because I don't have alarms set on purpose!). It's the most precious time of the day - a chance to properly wake up and it means I'm raring to go by the time the kids wake up.

I know it's slightly different to your situ, but it really makes a difference!

  • I think that is going to be my way now, just get up and get on with it.

Never feel any better for laying in anyway so makes sense.

  • So just back from my daily trip so Superdrug. They have Lighterlife products which are soups and shakes for fast days, they are usually £10.99 for a box but they have started reducing some of them.

They are £5.00 now then they might go down to £3.00 then £1.00, I'm holding out hope that I can get about 8 boxes when they reduce them right down, just hope no one else has the same idea as me!
