I always seem to try lay in bed until like the very last minute then end up rushing about. My sleep pattern is normally all over though so at times I have an early night but end up getting up earlier in the morning haha so the early night doesn't do much good.
Here's hoping you get the bargain you are waiting for on the shakes0 -

INOD - Quite right, I'm the same I am up and out the door in about 15 minutes! Slept on again today, whoops. Will be 8am start from next week, might allow myself one late start a week on a Wednesday if I need it.
FFDan - Same! I just want a solid 12 hours of sleep for one night, is that too much to ask!?!?

Morning Dolly
I would just be happy with 8 hours of sleep ha. Although i do inflict the tiredness myself sometimes, i tend to watch a boxset and lose track of time. My work pattern can also make it difficult to get a routine bedtime.0 -
Ah same, I really try not to watch anything in bed now during the week at all.
If I could have a 12 hour sleep once a month I would be living the dream, I'm such a bad sleeper and always have been really. Up and down all night - so annoying.
