Spent another £21.37 today in Ald!, managed to get some meat half price which has been put in the freezer for July, so theorectically although I'm over for June by almost £30 there should be some savings made during July.
I think I'm going to track healthy food and treat/snacks next month to see what the spilt is.

  • Still a busy month for me, am actually technically off work due to an arm injury, but still having to finish work I've already accepted (oh, the joys of being self-employed)... Very nearly went over my £110 budget in the first week, so I guess it's no surprise that I'm now well and truly over - £169.48 spent on food so far this month. Hopefully that will be it now, as there are only a few days left!

I need to stay away from supermarkets, needed to get some other bits and ended up walking around Mr T', spent £7.49 and then used my money off coupon is Mr S spending £20.20, some of it will last into July but really need to get a grip on spending in July and only do a main shop and a top up with a list.

    That`s brilliant Hopeless Case.
Still at the bottom so will just add, needed petrol so slipped to local Asda while footie on T.V.
Popped in shop as neighbour wanted a paper and milk, Cravendale is cheaper than own brand which looked like coloured water, bought 3 reduced courgettes and a cake for myself, total 60p can`t be a$£^d to add to my total.
Do I need it or just want it.
  • highland fling declaring £169. I know I am over but I have not been as organised with lunches this month. :(
