Blue Air compensation issues

Hi all,
We travelled Milan-Liverpool in Oct 2017. That flight was delayed by more than 7 hours due to a technical snag in the aircraft. Blue Air agreed to give compensation of 250 euros per pax by email in Jan 2018. They asked for certain documents to prove that the other 2 pax in the booking (my wife & son) authorised me to demand & receive the compensation on their behalf as well. I complied with all their requests. On 4th April, I finally received an email saying they had authorised the payment to be transferred to my bank account but it can take up to 30 days. I waited till 8th May & then emailed them again (its not very easy contacting them) only to receive a reply saying that they have already transferred the money on 23rd April. BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED IT !!!!
What can/should I do now?
