How many weddings have you been to in your life?

I'm 34 and have been to 4

First one when I was 11 and was a bridesmaid

Second when I was 19 and was a bridesmaid again

Then nothing until I was 33 and went to my cousins wedding

Fourth one in October 2017 when I was 34, and they're now getting divorced :eek:

Got my own wedding next month, I might go to it :rotfl:

Receptions - too many to remember.


I'm not keen on going to weddings, its boring no matter how much you love the couple. Receptions are better as I like to go only for the food and drink.

Now I know where all my money has gone, 40 plus weddings although it's slowed right down and a good 15+ stag dos.

5 for me which I always thought was a tiny amount for someone in their 40s, but looking at some of the other responses here it isn't that unusual at all.

My memory is so bad! I think, including my own, it's 5. I'm in my late 40s, and I thought that was quite a small number till I read some of the responses here.
