How many weddings have you been to in your life?

At least 16 (may be more) plus my own! There are several I have not been able to make as I work Saturday's and could not get time off (we turned down 2 wedding invites for the 2 consecutive weeks before our wedding as I felt it was more important to have the Saturday off to my wedding) not to mention a wedding in Mumbai that would have loved to attend but had to turn down for financial reasons.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

I have no idea. As a child I went to a lot as my Dad has loads of cousins; his Mum is one of 12 children. Then I married someone who also has a wider extended family, so there's been several there. That's without counting ones invited to by friends and workmates. We went to 2 last year, including my sis-in-laws, 3rd wedding.0

Six, two of them mine.0

5, three as a bridesmaid, my own and an evening do.0

7 for the full day, plus 2 evening only. I've got another 2 this year, including my own.
I've probably turned down as many invites as I've been to as well.0 -

I haven't been to that many , maybe 4 or 5.
What do you class as a wedding?
The ceremony?
The sit-down 'do'?
The evening reception/buffet/disco?
All of them?0 -
9 including my own.0

At least 8 (though 1 of which I was too young to remember). A combination of family and friends weddings. Most, if not all, were for the full day, and I've been bridesmaid for 3 (though again, one of those occasions I can't remember- I only know I was a bridesmaid from the photos!)0
