Do you have a problem reading what people post? You seem to miss a lot

As the OP has said they have given them a “gesture of goodwill”. The OP seems pleased and as such they have managed to rectify the situation.
The problem was the taking the money a month afterwards. That was what the OP was about. Has that been sorted? A gesture of goodwill does not sort that.0 -
I also remember you posting about Ryanair not having a policy of deliberately separating passengers if they didn't pay to sit together....you were wrong there. Did you hold your hands up?0

Just HSBC?
I realise that this is totally off topic for the OP's problem but there are still quite a few stockbrokers offering a paper share dealing service although this is a lot more expensive than a simple online transaction.
My father recently sold some Easyjet shares and to get rid of them it cost about £100 for £8,000 worth of shares. (plus about £7 for the postage cost to get the certificate to the stockbroker).
It's gradually dying out but there are still lots of people (mainly elderly) who have paper stocks and shares certificates.0 -
A parcel arriving 15 days after it has been posted may be irritating but it doesn't actually cause any financial hardship. In addition when you sign up for the Royal Mail service you will be told that it can take up to 15 days.
I've never been told when I buy stamps that whatever I am affixing the stamps to may take up to 15 days to deliver. In fact, when talking about 1st class, RM actually state:We aim to deliver your letters and parcels to their destinations the next working day's including Saturdays.
So not 15 days is it.......I would be surprised if Asda tell you when paying for a shop that they may not charge you for six months.
And on the subject, can you point out where they say the money will be taken in a maximum of 2-3 days?
Do you want to hand me that spade so you can stop digging? :rotfl:
Actually, on second thoughts carry on. I enjoy watching people scrambling to move goalposts to try and justify a point.
Maybe....you should just accept it and move on0 -

It is unfortunately impossible to reason with some people. You have come up with a poor analogy and I do respect the fact you are sticking with it! Yet you really should realise it is a bad example.
Charging a customer one month after they have placed an order is nothing like sending a parcel first class and it not arriving for 15 days. I accept that you think it is but unfortunately there is nothing else I can do to show you the error of your ways.
Thankfully this thread is pretty much over now anyway. The OP has received a satisfactory solution so your attempts to troll the thread may as well come to an end
Have a nice day0 -

Hang on a sec, I think you dropped your ball over here:rotfl: :rotfl:0
