not sure why everyone seems to be venting on here. I know its a money saving forum but jeez everyone seems so judgemental! its just a car, u don't know my personal circumstances or anyone elses for that (dark) matter. if someone wants to buy a nice car, or a nice watch, clothes or whatever then that's up to them and only them.

Same M.O. - never denies it, just ignores and carries on.

A pic or two (don't forget the custard) would shut people up ;)

If he was showing off, wouldn't he pick something slightly better than the m2? 370bhp for an M car? :O

I used to have an RX8 and it was amazing in the twistys, but you defo had to work the gearbox to get the best out of it. and then get 20 mpg (my best was 29, and that was 55mph on the motorway). my s5 does that (although nowhere near the same handling to be fair) and it has 230ish bhp more. That was the real downside for me with that car. Loved everything else about it, and cant help but laugh at the people who judge the engine based on what they hear down the pub, on forums etc. /end rxrant

Because the individual in question is obsessed with the Mighty M cars. ;)

OP, post a picture of the car, custard, redacted V5 and insurance policy and I'll personally donate £100 to your charity of choice.
