First things first, THANKYOU SO MUCH for my swap box (no card in it but I'm hazarding a guess it was from beanielou?
) the most gorgeous little silver bracelet that I'm wearing today, a fab sparkly nail file (think Dorothy's slippers in Wizard of Oz 
) some Sanctuary body scrub which is one of my favourites plus some glossy lip balm and some pineapple and mango smints which are lush and just right for a sweet hit!!
I've so enjoyed this whole process, can we do it again? Can we, can we?!!
Pleased to also report a 2lb loss this week :j which means I've got rid of the pound on from last weeks hiccup and keeps me on track for my first mini target, so well chuffed with that.
Congrats to our slimmers of the week and challenge julesgr and starlight :T and thats fantastic news about the trike beanielou :beer: it's been a long time coming! Remind me not to drive too much when I'm next up in Scotland.......!!!!;)

well done on the teaching post bails You'll be fab!!! You may also find that having something you really enjoy to work towards will help your weightloss no end as thats going to be a whole 2 hours at least that you're not going to be tempted to eat!!! woooo!!!0 -
